Terms & Conditions – Photography Workshops
By registering for and participating in a photography workshop held at the location specified in the Event details, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
By attending this workshop, you acknowledge and understand that motorsport environments involve inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, exposure to high-speed vehicles, loud noise levels, uneven or slippery surfaces, varying weather conditions, and other physical hazards. You confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of safely participating in this workshop.
2. Release of Liability
You agree to release, waive, and discharge the workshop organizers, instructors, race track owners and operators, as well as their employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all liability for injury, death, or property damage arising from your participation—whether caused by negligence or any other cause.
3. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, instructors, and property owners against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of your actions or involvement in the workshop.
4. Assumption of Responsibility
You agree to follow all safety protocols, rules, and instructions provided by workshop staff and motorsport facility personnel. You will not access restricted areas or engage in any conduct that interferes with operations or compromises safety.
5. Media Use Consent
By participating in the workshop, you consent to the use of any photographs or video footage taken of you during the event. These may be used by the event organizers for promotional, commercial, or educational purposes without further notice or compensation.
6. Serious Incident Media Clause
In the event of a serious incident or accident during the workshop, you agree to immediately provide any relevant photo or video content to the Clerk of the Course of the venue or an authorized official. You also agree not to share such content publicly or with third parties without explicit, written permission from the race track management.
7. Personal Equipment and Property
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own camera gear, electronic devices, and personal belongings. The organizers are not liable for any theft, damage, or loss during the workshop.
8. Medical Emergency
In the case of a medical emergency, you authorize workshop organizers or emergency responders to administer necessary first aid or arrange for appropriate medical care. You accept all responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.
